IN MANY CASES INDIVIDUALS WOULD SIMPLY TAKE A JOB OVERSEAS WITHOUT DOING RESEARCH INTO THE COUNTRY'S CULTURE, PEOPLE GROUPS OR ENVIRONMENT.  THIS WOULD RESULT MANY TIMES IN CULTURE SHOCK AND SHORT-LIVED, CRISIS-FILLED EXPERIENCE OVERSEAS, ESPECIALLY IF THERE WAS A FAMILY INVOLVED.  THE DAMAGE DONE BECAUSE OF RELOCATING UNPREPARED HAS LONG TERM RAMIFICATIONS THAT MAY RESULT IN NEVER VENTURING OVERSEAS AGAIN.


OUR MISSION IS TO TRANSFER THE NEEDED CULTURAL SKILL SETS TO MARKETPLACE PROFESSIONALS TO ENSURE THEIR SUCCESS AS THEY TRANSITION VOCATIONALLY OVERSEAS.


We act first as consultants to assist those individuals who want to be employed outside the United States.  This consultation enables them to transition themselves and their families overseas by preparing them culturally and environmentally.
